I cannot connect my phone to MMI no matter what I do. Tried several phones (iOS and Android) but no success. Car does not find my phone nor does my phone find my car. Press TEL then one of the inner keys should relate to MEMORY. With your phone connected also press MODE on the steering wheel a couple of times and it'll bring up the phone menu aswell. This happened (I think) in late 2019. I have a early A5 and it has displayed the problem twice - nav/radio not installed. It has not been temp related as it happened in 50º wx. The local Audi dealer was unable to duplicate (of course) and no stored record. It has now been close to twelve months since the last incident. The A4 is much more sporty, the A6, on the other hand, is all about luxury and comfort. A6 will help you catching up to the traffic much better however, watch out for long drive, the A6 can make you feel really sleepy. I have to travel a lot from CT to NJ and it's a good 3 hrs drive. May 30, 2009 · Cut Wire or Wires: With the Key IN the ignition yet ignition OFF: On J518 is a 20 pin connector; cut Pin 19 (black/red). Please double check its location as there are 2# black/red wires. I took the connector block out and a part of its housing to be sure. I cut the wire high enough up the cable to allow re-connection.
